Nutanix is seeking a Learning Technologist to join its Global People Development team. This role sits at the intersection of learning operations and educational technology, coordinating global training initiatives while optimizing adoption of the company's Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS).
Key responsibilities include:
Operations & Coordination: Partner with Program Managers to maintain the global training schedule, assign instructors, and coordinate in-person and virtual room bookings across AMER, EMEA, APJ, and India regions. Manage the People Development mailbox, directing inquiries and executing program communications from registration through completion. Oversee administrative platforms for assessments (Hogan, Gallup CliftonStrengths 34, DiSC, 5 Behaviors).
Learning Systems Management: Own end-to-end LMS administration including course creation, content curation, scheduling, data integrity, and user management. Lead implementation and integration of new learning solutions with enterprise tools. Serve as the People Development subject matter expert on Nutanix's Learning Council, representing technical needs and staying aligned with broader enterprise strategies. Partner with external content providers to ensure third-party tools integrate into blended learning paths.
Analytics & Improvement: Build program surveys into learning systems aligned with measurement strategy. Translate learning metrics, LMS data, and completion trends into actionable insights. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and explore emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Instructional Technology, IT, or equivalent practical experience. Professional English proficiency. Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP administration, digital learning tools, and survey platforms. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Proven track record coordinating complex global schedules. Strong project management, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability skills.
The role is hybrid, based in Durham, NC, typically requiring 2-3 days per week in-office. Salary range: $107,000–$161,000 annually, plus potential sign-on bonus, RSUs, and comprehensive benefits.
