Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 / annual
Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is an AI-powered marketing cloud that helps enterprises acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. The Zeta Marketing Platform unifies identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation, powered by one of the industry's largest proprietary databases and AI capabilities.
You will lead the definition of solutions for new client implementations and larger projects on existing implementations. This role requires understanding client business requirements and mapping them to Zeta's technology, then documenting and communicating that vision to both clients and internal execution teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Lead Project Scoping:** Gather and define project requirements, understand client workflows and business goals, elicit and comprehend use cases, learn existing technical and data infrastructure, conduct gap analysis between application and customer requirements, and set clear expectations.
**Strategic Solution Definition:** Collaborate with architects and developers, estimate project impact (resources/hours), document recommended solutions, and support client teams through presentation and review processes.
**Documentation & Communication:** Draft requirements documents and functional specifications, update changes throughout the project lifecycle, and author/manage tickets for internal communication.
**Execution & QA Support:** Serve as internal subject matter expert on the solution, collaborate with development, QA, and production support teams, proactively identify and address project risks, and support QA and UAT to ensure requirements are met.
**Additional Responsibilities:** Become a product expert, manage multiple competing priorities, recommend and institute best practices and methodologies, and provide guidance to client success teams on technical capabilities, staffing, and infrastructure needs.
This role requires residency in PST or MST timezones and willingness to travel to west coast clients on a needs basis.
**Requirements:**
- Management experience of similar roles
- Experience contributing to project documentation (Business Requirements Documentation, specifications, SOWs, LOEs)
- Ability to understand and represent end-user needs in a software development environment
- Strong consultative and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to acknowledge marketing and strategic needs to assess and recommend technical requirements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Subject matter expert thought leader who can implement new products or major modifications from start to finish
- 5+ years of experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance testing
- 4+ years of experience using Snowflake
- Bachelor's degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant software implementation experience
- Web-services experience with RESTful APIs (desired)
- Must be willing to travel
