The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to deliver smarter, brand-first financial products without requiring partners to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs (Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, Khosla Ventures), Imprint is addressing a $300B+ market of legacy co-branded card systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Own post-sales technical implementation: lead integration planning, troubleshoot issues, build partner relationships, and drive proactive communication
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and ensure new features align with partner expectations
- Automate and standardize partner delivery through improved tooling, documentation, and repeatable integration patterns
- Improve technical documentation and partner-facing implementation guides
Success in the first 90 days means independently running technical discovery and implementation for enterprise opportunities, launching at least one partner implementation, and identifying/shipping automation improvements to partner delivery.
Required qualifications: experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or sales engineering; strong technical background in REST APIs, front-end technologies, and mobile/web SDKs; essential payments experience including deep understanding of payment networks, PSPs, and payment product architecture; general understanding of product development (front-end and back-end); ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to unstructured problems; detail-oriented with track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects; collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills; excellent judgment balancing partner needs with internal priorities; motivated by building successful companies; proven track record improving processes through tooling and automation.
Nice-to-have: B2B2C partner implementation experience, familiarity with data flows/identity/KYC/risk/compliance in financial products, experience with AI/LLM tools in technical workflows, track record in small high-performing teams.
