This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software engineering expertise with people management. You will define and execute the software roadmap to productize NeuraGrasp™, translating product objectives into clear technical plans and milestones. You'll identify integration risks early, coordinate solutions across robotics, perception, hardware, and product teams, and establish software architecture and engineering standards to support scalable development. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of software engineers, providing direction, performance management, and mentorship. You'll provide technical leadership throughout deployment, testing, validation, and field activities.
