Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and execution of the ARIA (Applications, Resources, Intelligence, and Automations) platform—an internal AI and automation system designed to help employees work smarter and faster. Reporting to the Director of AI and App Engineering, you will own the full project lifecycle for employee-facing AI tools and automation workflows.
Key responsibilities include: managing project delivery for AI-powered automation across Finance, People, Engineering, and Sales functions; identifying and shipping high-impact automation opportunities using AI, APIs, and integration platforms; leading cross-functional coordination to integrate key systems (HRIS, ticketing, messaging, knowledge management); translating operational needs into technically feasible solutions; championing AI adoption through change management and governance frameworks; establishing and tracking delivery metrics around adoption, time saved, and business impact; ensuring security and compliance standards are met; evaluating AI vendors and platforms; and defining a 2-3 year strategic roadmap for AI transformation at Klaviyo.
You will partner closely with IT, Business Operations, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to drive adoption of intelligent automation across the organization. This is a high-visibility role that shapes how Klaviyo employees interact with AI tools and internal systems.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience with focus on enterprise software delivery, internal tools, or employee-facing projects; proven expertise in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and delivery success for automation/integration initiatives; demonstrated experience managing AI/ML project delivery (LLM-based tools, AI assistants, intelligent automation); strong cross-functional partnership skills with Engineering, IT, People, and Operations; ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements and budget frameworks; expertise in project management tools and methodologies; working knowledge of enterprise ecosystems (Slack, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
