The Celonis Services organization is the delivery engine responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for customers.
As Lead Project Manager, you will support end-to-end implementations of Celonis technology across the company's largest and most strategic customers. You will articulate Celonis' product positioning to customers and collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to deploy the platform, identify and frame business value opportunities, create tailored solutions, and enable sustainable value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pre-sales by framing Services project opportunities with Sales and Value Engineering teams, defining implementation approaches, and writing proposals
- Executing projects end-to-end, taking responsibility for scope, timeline, resources, and deliverable quality
- Managing client relationships as the primary point of contact—from operational teams to senior executives—and securing progressive handover
- Leading project governance: reporting on progress, risks, and value opportunities; facilitating decision-making by Celonis management and client sponsors
- Driving effective use of AI tooling within the team to continuously improve delivery methods
- Providing guidance and mentoring to the Services team to ensure delivery consistency and consultant development
- Driving continuous improvement by feeding field learnings back into Celonis Services methods and best practices
You will play a critical role in delivering outcomes that matter and ensuring every project contributes to customer satisfaction and long-term success. From early pre-sales discussions through the full project lifecycle, you will ensure the quality and impact of the work, pushing for continuous innovation including adoption of the latest AI and Context Model capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing complex projects with both business and technical dimensions in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tangible business value and operational excellence
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and various client stakeholder groups from operational to executive levels
- Proven track record of strong leadership and communication, with strategic thinking to support decision-making internally and with customers
- Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification, and proposal development
- Experience leading AI or machine learning projects (highly appreciated)
- Experience delivering complex projects with data-driven solutions for supply chain and core business processes optimization (highly appreciated)
- Relevant certifications such as Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma (appreciated)
