InPost is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the merchant experience on Von Halsky, InPost's marketplace platform. You will lead a team of 3–5 Product Managers and drive the product vision, KPIs, and roadmap for the merchant-facing side of the marketplace.
You will own the full merchant product suite: onboarding and verification, catalog and listing, pricing and offer mechanics, order and fulfillment flows, payouts and settlement, and seller performance tooling. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll be deeply involved in data analysis, merchant conversations, and writing PRDs yourself.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the merchant-side product vision, KPIs, and roadmap aligned to business unit needs
- Leading a team of 3–5 PMs: setting priorities, providing feedback, developing talent, and managing performance
- Building a culture of product craft: real discovery, hypothesis-driven specs, defined success metrics before launch, and post-launch analysis
- Shipping fast: sequencing work so merchants see improvements every few weeks, not quarters
- Partnering directly with Engineering Managers on architecture, capacity, and sequencing
- Integrating AI into team workflows (discovery, analysis, prototyping) and identifying AI opportunities within the merchant product itself
- Serving as escalation point for cross-functional blockers
- Representing the merchant product credibly to senior stakeholders
InPost is a leading European out-of-home e-commerce enablement platform with a network of over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines and 30,000+ PUDO points across nine European countries. The company delivered 1.4 billion parcels in 2025.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management with real ownership of product area outcomes
- 2+ years leading and developing Product Managers (formally or informally)
- Marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B/merchant-facing product experience with understanding of two-sided dynamics
- Proven track record of shipping; ability to discuss launches, metrics moved, and lessons learned
- Fluency with product analytics
- Specific discovery methodology: who you talk to, what you learned, what you killed based on insights
- Practical AI fluency (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in your own work with judgment to validate outputs
- Ability to hold positions with senior stakeholders when evidence supports it and change when evidence doesn't
- Fluent Polish and English
Nice to have:
- Exposure to enterprise systems (billing, settlement, ERP, finance)
- Experience with product close to commercial operations
Note: Posted as Lead Product Manager. Strong Senior PMs ready for first people-leadership step may apply as Associate Lead Product Manager with scope growth.
