You will serve as a Senior Product Manager responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention for members with complex care needs in the Specialty Care segment. This is a strategic growth-oriented role where you will own the end-to-end strategy, experimentation roadmap, and success metrics for improving how members activate, engage in, and remain in care over time. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the growth strategy for Specialty Care, defining how to improve activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care for high-acuity members - Identifying, prioritizing, and testing growth levers across the member journey (onboarding, scheduling, care plan adherence, between-session engagement, care transitions) - Building and maintaining a continuous experimentation roadmap in partnership with data, engineering, and clinical teams - Defining and owning growth KPIs (activation, attendance, retention, utilization, longitudinal engagement) that reflect both business and clinical outcomes - Translating clinical constraints into scalable growth systems that balance personalization with repeatability - Leading cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing and internal experiences - Partnering with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth initiatives respect safety and regulatory requirements - Collaborating with other PMs to ensure cohesion across Specialty Care programs and alignment with broader company objectives - Using qualitative insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results to refine strategy and prioritization Success in this role means meeting utilization and revenue targets, developing a clear data-informed growth strategy aligned with clinical priorities, sustaining improvements in key engagement metrics, building a robust experimentation culture, and ensuring growth initiatives are ethically sound and clinically appropriate while driving measurable member and business impact. The role is hybrid based in San Francisco (44 Montgomery Street) with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in office.
