As Lead AI Product Manager, you will own the product vision and execution for autonomous AI agents that transform how aerospace and manufacturing companies plan, optimize, and execute complex supply chain operations. You'll define agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows for supply chain planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and MRO operations. You'll lead cross-functional AI initiatives including discovery of high-value use cases, design of agent personas and reasoning patterns, and pioneering agent-native UX paradigms such as conversational interfaces and proactive recommendations.
You'll collaborate with engineering, customer operations, sales, and enterprise customers to ensure AI features deliver measurable value and achieve adoption at scale. You'll define the AI product vision and strategic roadmap with VP Product and engineering leadership, balancing innovation with enterprise deployment requirements around scalability, explainability, security, and compliance. You'll drive excellence in AI product development through experimentation frameworks and deployment best practices, championing data-driven decision making and rapid iteration to launch capabilities delivering 10x productivity improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product management with 3+ years building AI/ML products, including hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation in Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Strong technical acumen across agent architectures including multi-agent systems, LLM-based reasoning, tool use, RAG, RLHF, and safety mechanisms
- Proven track record shipping autonomous AI products to large enterprise customers, with experience navigating safety, compliance, auditability, and controlled autonomy requirements
- Outstanding communication skills in English and French
- Active use of AI tools as part of daily work; curiosity about frontier capabilities
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows (writing, research, analysis, coding, productivity)
- Experience building agent-based products with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures
- Background in operations research, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace industries (preferred)
