BlueOptima is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of the company's most business-critical products — a platform used by nine of the world's top twelve universal banks to optimize software engineering performance and productivity. You will report directly to the VP of Product and operate with high autonomy, setting product strategy and roadmap with limited oversight while being accountable for outcomes. This is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to mentor other product managers and potentially take on formal people leadership as the team scales. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Roadmap: Own the strategic roadmap for the product and make it accountable to key metrics including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Monthly Active Users (MAUs), feature adoption, stickiness, competitive positioning, and net-new logo growth. Track these metrics closely to catch early signals of misalignment and reprioritize accordingly. Technical & Design Leadership: Develop and defend a strong point of view on front-end design and UX quality. Partner deeply with ML engineering on model behavior and evaluation, and with backend engineering on system and data architecture at a level of depth that shapes technical decisions. Executive & Customer Engagement: Present roadmap and strategy directly to executive and C-suite stakeholders, defending decisions under scrutiny. Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects as a credible product voice, including active participation in sales cycles. Enterprise GTM & Revenue Partnership: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, deal support, and renewals as an ongoing responsibility. Bring informed perspective on engineering productivity and performance measurement in the agentic-AI era into product strategy. Product Craft & Rigor: Set the standard for product craft across problem framing, PRDs, roadmap collaboration, and post-launch measurement. Bring strong discipline and process to cross-functional teams. Use agentic AI tools as part of your own product management workflow and help the wider team adopt them effectively. Team Growth: Mentor product managers working in and around the product, with opportunity to take on formal people leadership as the team scales. Requirements: - Understanding of what it takes to sell B2B SaaS and AI products into large, regulated, or enterprise organizations - Well-informed point of view on developer and agentic productivity and performance; demonstrated use of agentic tools in your own workflow with informed opinions on the direction of this space - Prior experience leading products within AI SDLC, Software Engineering Intelligence, DevOps, Developer Tools, Data Analytics, and/or Agentic AI - Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and multi-product environments - Strong, data-driven product leadership with judgment about when to lean on data versus intuition - Ability to understand and shape product experience and hold your own in technical conversations with both engineers and executives - Prior experience mentoring or managing product managers is a plus but not required
