Tabby is a fintech company on a mission to democratize financial services across the Middle East. Founded in 2019, the company operates a complete money app enabling users to send, spend, and save, serving millions of customers and tens of thousands of businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. You will lead a team of product analysts focused on Tabby Cash, the company's growing debit financial products ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of activation, engagement, and profitability, requiring you to balance user growth with sustainable unit economics. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Growth teams to shape how the product scales from early adoption to mainstream use. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring a team of product analysts, providing analytical support across product and business initiatives - Generating hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, and communicating findings with clarity and business impact - Partnering with product and marketing teams on foundational research and ad-hoc analytical requests - Owning metrics for Financial Products: monitoring existing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing new metrics that drive organizational decision-making - Creating data visualizations and reports that translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders - Contributing to data infrastructure planning, including data structure design and quality improvements Required qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a data or product analyst - Proven experience leading a team of data analysts - Strong SQL and relational database proficiency - Expertise in data visualization and BI tools - Experience designing data structures for new products and features - Advanced Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib) - Strong quantitative reasoning and structured problem-solving ability - Excellent communication skills; upper-intermediate English proficiency required Preferred qualifications include fintech product analytics experience and experience leveraging LLMs/AI for analytical work.
