Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 / annual
SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry with a fan-first approach to live events. This role manages the day-to-day commercial execution and success of the entertainment touring portfolio, serving as the operational backbone for concert tours and live events.
You will own tour lifecycle management from booking through post-event, coordinating cross-functional execution across Client Success, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Business Operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring concert health, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, ensuring consistent client and promoter communication, and driving onsale readiness across internal and external stakeholders.
You'll track onsale performance, document learnings, and provide onsite support for key events and strategic client meetings. The role requires maintaining visibility into the touring pipeline and active show portfolio, preparing recurring performance dashboards, client updates, and executive reporting. You'll analyze historical performance to identify operational improvements and emerging trends.
As a day-to-day contact for promoters, venue partners, and other stakeholders, you'll coordinate client meetings, business reviews, and roadshows in support of the touring department lead. You'll escalate strategic issues while independently resolving operational challenges, building strong relationships through responsive service and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in live entertainment, ticketing, touring, venue operations, or event management
- Direct experience working with promoters, venues, booking agencies, or artist management
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events
- Experience using data and reporting to drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities
