As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end development and technical success of one or more product modules, delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll design, build, and evolve highly scalable SaaS applications using .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern UI frameworks (Flutter/React) capable of supporting 2–4× annual business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete software lifecycle from design through implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers in an agile environment
- Leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) throughout the engineering lifecycle for design, implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation
- Applying sound engineering judgment to determine where AI-generated output can be trusted versus where human expertise is essential, particularly for security, data integrity, architecture, and compliance
- Building reusable engineering assets including prompts, workflows, templates, and automation to improve team productivity
- Continuously improving engineering velocity, code quality, reliability, and developer productivity through automation and AI-native practices
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years designing and building enterprise-scale SaaS applications with Microsoft technologies (.NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL Server/NoSQL)
- 5+ years building highly available, massively scalable distributed cloud services (AWS or Azure)
- Strong system design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on production experience with modern AI-assisted development tools
- Strong engineering judgment to critically review AI-generated code for security, performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, continuously evolving product environments
