Neko Health is redefining preventative care, combining proprietary technology with clinical expertise to deliver personalized health insights in a single non-invasive visit. The company's mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear.
As Corporate Engineer in London, you will be the technical backbone of Neko's clinic operations and London HQ. You'll own network infrastructure end-to-end, serve as the primary contact for network and AV partners, and provide hands-on support during clinic openings and incidents.
In your first 6-12 months, you will:
- Own network incidents across Cisco Meraki (MX/MS/MR), LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall infrastructure, acting as the primary escalation point for the network partner and reducing team burden through proactive management.
- Lead clinic-room readiness for new site openings, coordinating AV vendors, Facilities, and Clinic teams to ensure Sonos, Soundtrack, Dante, and debrief-room displays are tested and handed over on schedule.
- Take delegated ownership of the network partner relationship and establish a long-term operating model for network infrastructure as Neko scales, making clear trade-offs on what the company should own directly versus outsource.
- Establish working coverage of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender XDR; ship at least one PowerShell or Graph automation that eliminates a recurring manual process.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for London and partner-managed infrastructure, raising the wider team's technical capability.
- Recommend and build new processes, systems, and tooling for the Corporate Engineering team, acting as both a builder and supporter.
- Partner with global teams on shared systems and standards; travel to US sites as needed for onsite requirements and deployment activities.
You'll work in a fast-scaling healthtech company with a mission-driven culture that values 10x thinking and genuine impact on people's health outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi); hands-on Cisco Meraki (MX/MS/MR) troubleshooting; working knowledge of Azure networking (VPN, Point-to-Site, VNets, NSGs).
- Proven experience as the technical point of contact for a network vendor or managed service provider, owning incidents, planned changes, ISP issues, and site deployments from investigation through validation.
- Hands-on, on-site support of busy multi-site environments (offices, retail, hospitality, or clinics), grounded in IT operations.
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Conditional Access, SSO, Enterprise Applications), and Intune across Windows, macOS, and iOS; working knowledge of Defender XDR.
- PowerShell scripting for administration and repeatable operations; confident use of AI to draft scripts, document incidents, and speed up diagnosis, with clear judgment on where hands-on verification is needed.
- Clear documentation and communication skills: ability to explain technical issues to clinic leads and non-technical leaders, and hold your ground with vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinic or venue AV systems experience (Sonos amplifiers, Soundtrack, Dante audio, meeting-room displays, NUCs), including coordinating AV vendor access for testing and handover.
- Microsoft Graph or API experience for workflow and operational automation.
- New office or site launches in a fast-scaling company, from build to first day of business.
- Experience migrating between platforms or bringing outsourced services in-house.
