Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C# Technical Lead for the Veeam Backup for Office 365 product team based in Prague (or Warsaw). This is a people-management role overseeing a team of 4-5 developers working on backend features for enterprise data resilience and security solutions.
Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day team operations, analyzing business requirements with product management, developing new backend features, estimating implementation efforts and capacity, making technical decisions, leading code reviews, fostering team learning and motivation, communicating with stakeholders, and establishing team processes including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
You will work with modern C# (.NET 10), REST APIs, PowerShell, and some C++/C++CLI. The tech stack includes Visual Studio, Rider, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure cloud services, Office 365, AWS, Google Cloud, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and PostgreSQL.
Required qualifications: 5+ years commercial software development experience, strong C#/.NET expertise with Win API, data structures, and algorithms knowledge, proven team leadership experience managing 4-5 developers, strong organizational and leadership skills, result-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and fluent English for international team communication.
