Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C# Technical Lead to manage and develop the Veeam Backup for Office 365 product. You will lead a team of 4-5 developers, overseeing day-to-day operations, technical strategy, and team growth while contributing hands-on to backend feature development.
Key responsibilities include: supervising team operations and performance; collaborating with product management to analyze and establish business requirements; developing new product features with a focus on backend systems; estimating effort, costs, and capacity for feature implementation; making technical decisions and leading code reviews; fostering a positive team atmosphere and supporting member learning and motivation; communicating with project stakeholders; and establishing team processes including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
You will work with modern technologies including C# (.NET 10), C++, C++/CLI, REST APIs, PowerShell, Visual Studio, Rider, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure cloud, Office 365, Amazon, Google Cloud, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and PostgreSQL.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of commercial software development experience; strong C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms knowledge; proven team leadership experience managing 4-5 developers; strong organizational and leadership skills with self-control and responsibility; result-oriented and proactive mindset; excellent problem-solving abilities; technical depth with attention to detail; and English proficiency for international team communication.
