Freshworks is seeking a Business Analyst to lead revenue operations and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will take ownership of field revenue streams and drive their success through KPI reporting, performance management, and strategic guidance aligned with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage field revenue streams with accountability for KPI tracking and performance management
- Partner with revenue operations, enablement, and solutioning teams to enhance customer experience and accelerate revenue growth
- Extract actionable insights from data by processing, analyzing, and removing outliers and inconsistencies for the management team
- Operate autonomously within the team, making informed decisions and contributing to overall team objectives
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, rules of engagement, and process workflows to ensure policy adherence
- Define and execute projects spanning systems, data management, and business process automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors
- Manage global stakeholder communication across multiple business lines and time zones
- Champion process and systems redesign initiatives that drive transformational business impact
This role requires a US shift schedule to support field representatives in their designated time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL, R, Python, etc.) and data transformation/processing
- MBA from a top-tier college OR Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience
- Strong data background with demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
- Track record of developing and managing complex data projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work with data and make key business decisions based on context
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
- SaaS/Software industry experience preferred
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, dispersed teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter with positive attitude and high emotional intelligence
