Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking a Fraud Analyst for PuzzlePlay, its new player rewards platform. PuzzlePlay allows users to earn points, complete challenges, and win real prizes while playing casual free-to-play mobile games. You will own the fraud side of the user segmentation system, working to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users. The role involves regularly reviewing and refining fraud signals—including IP spoofing, VPN use, and unusual play patterns—to keep the system effective as fraud tactics evolve. You'll maintain fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system, monitor their performance over time, and collaborate with product teams to implement appropriate verification methods (such as FaceTec facial verification, ID scanning, or phone verification) for different markets. Key responsibilities include investigating users flagged for manual review, identifying gaps in available fraud signals, and recommending third-party tools for the product roadmap. You'll work closely with the analyst responsible for gameplay signals, product colleagues, and data teams to ensure the segmentation system remains useful and accurate. The role is open to candidates based in Europe, with Warsaw as the preferred location where several team members are based. Tripledot offers hybrid working with 20 days of remote flexibility per year, 25 days paid holiday, free lunch when in office (£12 daily JustEat allowance), private medical cover, dental cover, pension matching, and continuous professional development opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: - Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions (not just working alongside a fraud team) - Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments, or review processes, with interest in how those decisions evolve as tactics change - Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls
