Freshworks is seeking a Business Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives supporting field revenue streams and organizational growth. In this role, you will own revenue stream performance, develop KPI reporting frameworks, and guide teams toward organizational goals. You will drive solutions by liaising with revenue operations, enablement, and solutioning teams to enhance customer experience and accelerate revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of field revenue streams and planning for their success with comprehensive KPI reporting and performance management
- Processing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights to the management team, ensuring data quality by removing outliers and inconsistencies
- Operating autonomously within the team, driving informed decisions with full accountability
- Creating and maintaining documentation including SOPs, rules of engagement, and process workflows to ensure policy adherence
- Defining and executing projects spanning systems, data management, and business process automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors
- Managing global stakeholder communication across multiple business lines and time zones
- Encouraging stakeholders to think strategically about process and system redesign for transformational business impact

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL, R, Python, etc.), data transformation and processing
- Willingness to operate on US shift to support field representatives in their designated time zones
- MBA from a top-tier college OR Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience
- Strong data background with skills to collect, analyze, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making
- Track record of developing and managing complex data projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work with data and make key business decisions based on context
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI
- Work experience in Software and SaaS industries is a plus
- Passion for technology and pushing new concepts, products, and services
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, dispersed teams
- Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and high emotional intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders
