DocuSign is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to work directly with strategic enterprise customers, deploying AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems using DocuSign's Agentic capabilities and third-party AI integrations. You will be embedded with customers on the front lines, bridging business and technology by designing bespoke architectures, writing code, engineering prompts, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
In this role, you will leverage DocuSign's IAM Platform, MCP servers, APIs, and integrations with leading AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Microsoft CoPilot, Claude) to optimize enterprise agreement lifecycles. You will design and lead cross-functional customer-facing engagements to develop and deploy modern Agentic Agreement Management workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows integrating DocuSign AI capabilities, custom extractions, and third-party agentic platforms
- Execute deployment "firsts" to prove out and productionize new Agentic implementation patterns and repeatable use cases
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with customer stakeholders, product, engineering, success, and partner teams to translate business requirements into production-level AI solutions
- Develop robust data pipelines, containerized microservices, and distributed system architectures for autonomous AI tools
- Memorialize repeatable deployment strategies and contribute insights back to product and engineering teams
- Maintain strong knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks
- Evaluate code critically for correctness, quality, security, performance, and compliance
- Partner with the partner ecosystem to equip them with repeatable deployment best practices
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Value Delivery Realization. The position requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Dublin office, with travel to customer sites 25–50% of the time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, deployment-focused engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery roles at established technology companies (including AI-focused startups/scale-ups)
- 18–24 months of experience implementing LLMs, production-grade GenAI applications, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks, with preference for agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls (multi-step workflows, orchestration, failure handling)
- Experience working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Proficiency with Python, Java, C++, or systems fundamentals
PREFERRED:
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills for discovery and synthesizing technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Passion for driving customer outcomes rather than just making recommendations
- Bias toward action and learning posture in the evolving AI/LLM landscape
- Prior experience as a forward-deployed engineer, customer-facing technical lead, startup CTO, enterprise architect, or software engineer with consulting experience
- Experience deploying autonomous agents or AI orchestration frameworks in regulated environments (finance, healthcare)
- Deep understanding of data security, compliance frameworks, and isolated enterprise cloud deployments
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% to customer sites
