DocuSign is seeking an AI Solutions Delivery Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, designing and deploying AI-powered agreement management solutions. You will be embedded with strategic clients to solve complex business problems using DocuSign's proprietary Agentic capabilities, third-party AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft CoPilot), and existing tech stacks.
Key responsibilities include designing and leading cross-functional customer-facing engagements to develop modern Agentic agreement management workflows; building and deploying AI-enabled solutions that integrate DocuSign's MCP Server, APIs, custom extractions, and third-party agentic platforms; executing deployment "firsts" to prove out and productionize new implementation patterns; running technical demos and workshops for diverse audiences; and partnering with customers, product teams, and system integrators to translate business requirements into production-level AI solutions.
You will develop robust data pipelines, containerized microservices, and distributed system architectures to ensure autonomous AI tools operate reliably. You'll synthesize field learnings, establish repeatable deployment patterns, and contribute insights back to DocuSign's product roadmap. The role also involves equipping the partner ecosystem with deployment best practices and blueprints, and evaluating code for correctness, quality, security, and compliance.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Value Delivery Realization. The position requires a minimum 2 days per week in-office presence in Dublin, with flexibility based on team needs.
Required: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; 12+ years in software engineering, deployment-focused roles, or customer-facing technical delivery at established tech companies; 18-24 months implementing production-grade GenAI applications, LLMs, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks; direct customer experience during POCs and architecture reviews; proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or systems fundamentals.
Preferred: Strong communication skills for customer discovery; passion for driving customer outcomes; experience with agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls.
