The AI Deployment Architect role sits within Celonis Services, a strategic organization focused on optimizing customers' business processes through technical expertise. This team integrates Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support to deliver comprehensive solutions.
In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and design, deploy, and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You'll operate in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, working closely with AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize solutions and bring them to the customer base at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting and deploying end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging Python, LLM-based architectures (RAG), and Machine Learning models
- Pitching the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders and aligning Process Intelligence capabilities with their enterprise AI strategy
- Identifying high-impact AI use cases across the platform and packaging them into scalable, repeatable offerings
- Leading "Lighthouse" projects for strategic customers, defining and executing technical roadmaps from pilot to production
- Acting as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product & Engineering to influence the roadmap for AI Agents and automation capabilities
- Training internal teams on AI deployment best practices and sharing success stories to elevate organizational technical maturity
- Designing full-stack implementations that seamlessly integrate AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation into complex enterprise IT landscapes
You should have proven experience in an analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment—ideally in a customer-facing consulting or SaaS provider role, or in an enterprise Center of Excellence. You'll need a strong portfolio of successful AI solutions for enterprises, proficiency in Python, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
