B-Stock is the world's largest B2B re-commerce platform, connecting sellers and buyers of returned, trade-in, and overstock inventory. The company processes over 130 million items annually across all categories and conditions, supporting the circular economy and resale market.
As Launch Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new supply opportunities on the B-Stock platform—from initial pilot through incubation, growth, and establishment as scaled seller programs. You report directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own new seller launches from opportunity intake through pilot design, execution, and initial scaling phases
• Drive seller growth post-launch by analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, securing additional inventory, and developing high-potential sellers into meaningful B-Stock businesses for the first 6 months before handoff to Account Managers
• Manage partner relationships post-sale as the primary commercial contact for 3PL, donation, and RMS partners, including onboarding their brand networks, structuring programs, and resolving escalations
• Develop launch strategies in partnership with Sales, including pricing models, pilot parameters, and success criteria
• Drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Project Management to launch programs quickly and resolve issues
• Build and continuously improve the launch and scaling playbook using data, AI, and learnings from each program to increase speed and repeatability
• Develop deep category expertise in brands, inventory, pricing, buyer demand, and marketplace performance to inform seller strategy
This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring you to navigate complex cross-functional projects, bring together internal stakeholders without direct authority, and represent B-Stock credibly with brands and partners. You will also build automation and AI-driven processes to handle repeatable intake, pilot setup, and performance tracking workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in implementations, early-stage customer success, strategy and business operations, or related client success function—ideally within e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments
• Proven track record of owning outcomes across a portfolio of accounts, launches, or programs, measured on growth
• Skilled at navigating complex, cross-functional projects and bringing together internal stakeholders across functions to drive customer success
• Ability to drive launches to completion across many stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent B-Stock credibly with brands and partners
• Hands-on experience applying AI within operational workflows, building automations or agentic processes that handle multi-step work like data pulls, performance reporting, or launch tracking with minimal manual oversight
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for re-commerce, circular economy, or reverse logistics; experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or supply chain
• Experience working with apparel and footwear brands
• Experience launching and scaling new customer or seller programs from initial onboarding through measurable growth
