Salary: USD 168,000 - 252,000 / annual
Klaviyo is seeking a Large Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives selling to the world's largest brands in the Western U.S. The company is experiencing rapid growth in its Enterprise segment, with customers spending well over seven figures annually and record-breaking deal sizes.
In this role, you will own revenue targets and forecasting for your team, ensuring rigorous pipeline management and consistent delivery against quarterly and annual bookings goals. You'll develop your Account Executives' skills in discovery, qualification, executive engagement, value case development, and negotiation—stepping in personally on the most critical deals. You'll establish territory plans, account tiering, and buying-group mapping to protect coverage and raise the standard of prospecting and expansion activities.
You'll also build and scale the team through continuous hiring, onboarding, and weekly 1:1s that invest in each seller's development. Cross-functional collaboration is essential: you'll work with Product, Enablement, and other leaders to ensure your team has the support needed for large meetings and to surface field insights that drive product and enablement improvements.
The role requires approximately 30–40% travel for customer meetings, executive briefings, partner work, and industry events.

- Experience building strong tool habits across teams (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, AI in daily workflow)
- Credibility with C-suite executives
- Experience leading teams that sell multiple products into the same account
- Nice to have: MarTech or ecommerce background, ideally with experience competing against Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or Braze
