Enpal is building an integrated solution for decentralized energy, combining solar installations, battery storage, wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The company's AI-powered platform Enpal.One intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes electricity purchasing and feed-in at the energy market.
As a Customer Manager, you will be the central point of contact for customers from contract signature through the construction phase. You will drive customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent, reliable customer journey throughout this critical period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers from contract signing through construction phase
- Coordinate scheduling, clarify customer questions, and collect necessary documentation
- Support customers with subsidy/funding matters and provide ongoing guidance
- Transform multiple individual steps into a seamless customer experience with consistently high satisfaction
- Actively build and shape processes for this new key department from the ground up
You will work in a modern office in Berlin-Friedrichshain within a diverse team of 65+ nationalities. Requirements:
- Structured, detail-oriented, and independent work style
- Strong communication skills and pronounced customer-first approach
- Openness to new challenges and enthusiasm for building a department from scratch
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or key account management is advantageous
- Knowledge of photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus but not required
