Pemo is a spend management platform for SMEs across MENA, headquartered in Dubai. The platform provides corporate cards, expense automation, bill pay, and accounting integrations. The company is backed by $18M+ in funding, named in Forbes ME Top 50, and scaling from $10M to $100M ARR.
You will own a portfolio of key accounts—including partnership-sourced and mid-market customers—managing their full lifecycle from sales handover through activation, renewal, and expansion. Your responsibilities include:
• Own the complete customer journey: KYB, wallet funding, card issuance, expense policies, accounting sync, and first month-end close
• Drive adoption across the full platform (cards, bill pay, approvals, multi-entity setup, accounting integrations)
• Manage retention and expansion against net revenue retention (NRR) targets; run renewals end-to-end
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead executive-level quarterly business reviews (QBRs) connecting Pemo's value to customer growth and financial goals
• Build tailored account success plans aligned to each customer's goals, risks, and trajectory
• Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, finance leads, and founders with data-driven recommendations
• Spot churn risk early from usage, spend, and support signals; coordinate cross-functional intervention
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance; represent customer voice internally to shape roadmap and process

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role with track record managing large, complex, or enterprise accounts
• Proven ownership of renewals and expansion within strategic account portfolios against NRR or retention targets, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or spend management
• Experience working with customers in the UAE market
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (CFOs, finance leads, founders) and running executive-level business reviews
• Strong commercial instinct: ability to spot expansion and risk signals early
• Data-driven mindset; able to turn usage and account data into clear narrative and action plan
• Experience with CS/CRM tools (Vitally, HubSpot)
• Finance, accounting, or ERP background (NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho) is a plus
• Experience with spend management, corporate card, or expense software is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is mandatory; Hindi/Urdu are strong plus
• Comfortable with up to 30% annual travel, including regular visits to Dubai HQ and UAE customer sites
