Knix, an award-winning intimate apparel and activewear brand founded in 2013, is seeking a Producer to join its creative production team in Toronto. The role is hybrid (3 days/week in-office, Tuesday–Thursday, plus shoot days as needed) with occasional domestic and international travel. You will serve as the lead point-of-contact for e-commerce photo shoots and provide production support for campaign shoots. Primary responsibilities include coordinating shoot logistics (sample tracking, call sheets, talent scheduling, equipment, catering), organizing and prepping physical product samples before and after shoots, and managing photography and video files within Knix's digital asset management system. You will partner closely with the Senior Producer and Art Directors to execute creative concepts, work with external vendors (talent agencies, stylists, studios, crews) to build long-term relationships, and coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to ensure product availability. You'll maintain accuracy across project management platforms (Hive or similar), tag and organize content in the DAM system, log production expenses and process vendor invoices in real time, and track inventory using sample-tracking databases. Beyond logistics, you'll create an inclusive, welcoming environment for external talent and models on set, serving as a brand ambassador who reinforces Knix's reputation for empowerment and body positivity. You'll flex into special creative initiatives and support the team as priorities shift. Knix is one of North America's fastest-growing intimate apparel brands, reaching over 3 million customers through online stores, retail locations, wholesale, and Amazon. The company is committed to diversity, authenticity, and a purpose-driven culture. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in creative production or studio operations within retail, e-commerce, or fashion - Proficiency in Google Workspace, Hive (or similar project management platforms), Slack, and digital asset management software - Basic familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (strong asset) - Ability to translate fast-moving production details into direct, actionable updates for creatives, vendors, and cross-functional partners - Relentlessly positive, resourceful, and high-energy problem-solver who treats logistical challenges as creative opportunities - Active commitment to diversity and inclusion; ability to champion body-positive, safe, and respectful environments on set - Adaptable composure under pressure with ability to pivot when last-minute changes occur - Proactive communicator who builds trust across internal teams and external vendors
