Salary: CAD 58,000 - 70,000 / annual
FlixBus is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to support growth across Canada. You will work within the Business Development and Operations team to identify, onboard, and manage local operator partners that expand and strengthen the FlixBus network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support identification, evaluation, and development of new operator and strategic partnerships to expand FlixBus's Canadian network
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring compliance with FlixBus standards and supporting performance growth
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing summaries and insights for internal reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams including Network Planning, Operations, Government Relations, and Marketing to align local projects and initiatives
- Occasionally represent FlixBus in meetings and events with partners and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, operations, or related field; experience in transportation or mobility is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a strong asset
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently within a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States
