Sent is a Series A-funded infrastructure company providing A2P messaging across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS through a unified API. The company uses intelligent routing to optimize deliverability and cost, eliminating the need for channel-specific integrations. As GTM Engineer, you will design and build the systems powering Sent's go-to-market motion, sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll transform manual, repetitive work into automated workflows, giving the GTM team significant operational leverage. You'll own the entire GTM stack end-to-end: vendor selection, build decisions, system integrations, and the data that drives execution. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining automated GTM workflows across prospecting, enrichment, lead routing, outbound sequencing, and marketing-to-sales handoffs - Owning the GTM tech stack (CRM, enrichment, outbound, marketing automation), including integrations, administration, and vendor evaluation - Prototyping and shipping internal tools, scripts, and AI-powered workflows to increase AE and SDR productivity - Designing and documenting GTM processes: lead lifecycle stages, deal stage definitions, renewal and expansion workflows - Maintaining CRM data integrity, accurate pipeline visibility, and leadership dashboards - Partnering with VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks - Creating playbooks and onboarding workflows for new GTM hires - Running ad hoc projects: territory modeling, TAM/SAM sizing, competitive research This is a high-ownership, early-stage role requiring someone with proven GTM operations experience. You'll have significant autonomy and minimal bureaucracy. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, GTM engineering, sales ops, or similar technical GTM role, ideally at a startup - Always-on mindset: reachable outside standard hours when systems break or deals are time-sensitive - Builder mentality: default to automating, ship workflows/tools people use, prefer building fixes to filing tickets - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and GTM tooling (enrichment, sequencing, marketing automation) - Experience with workflow/automation tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar) and comfort with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting - Systems thinking: understand how leads move through the funnel and identify breakpoints - Clear written communication: document processes so others can follow without questions - High agency: identify problems and fix them proactively - Based in NYC NICE TO HAVE: - Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered GTM workflows (prospect research agents, lead scoring, outbound personalization) - Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; comfort building lightweight internal tools or API integrations - Experience with usage-based or product-led SaaS models, including usage signals and expansion triggers - Familiarity with SQL or BI tools for reporting and analysis - Background selling to or supporting developers, or genuine interest in APIs, developer tools, or messaging/CPaaS space
