You will be the first point of contact for IT requests across the company, serving as a hands-on, service-oriented professional focused on fast, clear resolution. Working closely with the IT & Security Operations Lead, you will escalate architecture or security-related issues while learning the tools and baselines in use.
Key responsibilities include:

- Handle access and software license requests through the approval process
- Manage the hardware lifecycle: ordering, inventory, repairs, and secure disposal
- Provide first-line support for the managed device fleet under established baselines
- Keep office IT running: meeting rooms, printers, network, and AV systems
- Maintain runbooks and the asset register
- Escalate security-related issues to the IT & Security Operations Lead
The role offers hybrid working (3 days per week in office), a 4-day work week during summer months (June–August), competitive salary, Tuum stock options, private health insurance or wellness compensation, and career growth opportunities within a scaling organization.

- 1–2 years in IT support (or strong internship experience) with clear appetite to learn
- Confident supporting end-user devices in a centrally managed environment
- Comfortable with cloud productivity suite administration, not only as a user
- Familiar with single sign-on and device management concepts (specific tools are learnable)
- Strong written communication; ability to document, close tickets, and keep people informed
- Clear English; Estonian is a plus for office-side work
- Calm and friendly demeanor with colleagues
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with a service desk or ticketing tool
- Exposure to an enterprise identity provider or device management platform
- Basic scripting or workflow automation
- Basic knowledge of meeting-room AV
- Awareness of ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS compliance and access removal procedures
