Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead M&A integrations. You will architect and execute seamless technical integration of acquired companies into Anduril's IT ecosystem, serving as a hands-on technical leader who digs into networks, directories, identity systems, endpoints, cloud environments, and SaaS platforms.
Key responsibilities include: architecting end-to-end IT integrations across the full stack (endpoints, servers, networks, identity services, SaaS platforms, multi-cloud); leading identity and access consolidation including directory migrations, SSO/SAML/OIDC integration, and tenant-to-tenant migrations (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace); designing and driving hardware transitions including IMACD, fleet re-imaging, zero-touch provisioning, and MDM/UEM enrollment (Intune, Jamf, Kandji); owning software and infrastructure portfolio consolidation from on-prem servers to SaaS suites; building and automating onboarding pipelines for immediate secure access; performing deep technical due diligence and readiness assessments of acquired IT environments; tracing and untangling complex system interdependencies; diagnosing recurring post-acquisition pain points and engineering automation-first solutions (scripting, IaC, workflow automation, APIs); establishing IT continuity and disaster recovery plans; serving as senior technical escalation for incident response; authoring technical documentation and runbooks; and developing scalable IT support models across M&A integrations.
Required: 5+ years in technical IT Operations/infrastructure roles with 2–3 years of team leadership in high-growth tech environments. Broad and deep hands-on expertise across modern IT stack: identity/directory services, endpoint management (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS. Hands-on expertise with Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Google Cloud Identity including SSO, SCIM, federation. Demonstrated ability to lead and execute software migrations, tenant cutovers, directory consolidations, application rationalizations. Proven experience leading IT hardware transitions, IMACD, MDM/UEM, imaging/provisioning, lifecycle management. Automation/scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and API integration comfort. Strong ability to trace dependencies, mitigate risk, ensure continuity at scale. Exceptional communication and alignment skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
