Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification, is seeking an IT Lead to report to the Director of IT and own the company's global network infrastructure while providing technical direction to a growing IT team. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role based in Vancouver with a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office).
You will be responsible for managing the network across Trulioo's Vancouver, San Diego, and Dublin offices on a Cisco Meraki stack, leading the evaluation and modernization of remote access and network access architecture. You'll provide technical guidance to senior systems administrators on network, architecture, and tooling decisions, supporting the team with technical troubleshooting across networking, endpoint management, identity, and asset tracking.
Key responsibilities include driving the SSO integration roadmap across remaining applications in partnership with the platform owner, improving operational maturity of the IT service function by owning queue health, SLAs, and escalation paths, establishing monthly trend reporting and lightweight change management, and automating provisioning/deprovisioning tied to HR system events. You will grow into ownership of the software lifecycle, including vendor renewals, onboarding requests, and cost reviews.
A significant focus of this role is leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and streamline workflows. You'll lead hands-on integration of AI capabilities into business-critical IT systems, using AI-assisted approaches to draft configurations and automation while independently validating outputs against security policy and actual system behavior.
Trulioo offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and an annual education & training stipend (equivalent to $1,000 in local currency). The company maintains a hybrid working environment with weekly lunches, quality coffee, regular social events, wellness workshops, Headspace subscriptions, and employee resource groups.

- Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems without an existing playbook
- Coaching skills and patience to build technical ownership in newer team members
- Deep hands-on experience administering multi-site enterprise networks, including evaluating and rolling out modern VPN and zero-trust network access solutions such as mesh-based architectures
