Tipalti, an AI-powered finance automation platform, is seeking an IT Engineer to join its IT team in Tel Aviv. This is a hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days in-office) supporting a fast-growing fintech company with a global presence.
You will be the primary point of contact for user support and IT service delivery. Your responsibilities include responding to help desk requests via calls, emails, online submissions, and walk-ins; documenting resolutions; and following up to ensure user satisfaction. You will manage endpoint devices across Windows and Mac environments using Microsoft Intune, handling device enrollment, application deployment, configuration policies, and troubleshooting. Additional duties include assisting users with account logins, password resets, VPN connections, firewall permissions, server access, and certificates; setting up, installing, and configuring new computers, networks, and software; managing onboarding and offboarding processes for the Tel Aviv site as part of a team; supporting Microsoft Active Directory and third-party applications (Google Workspace, Office 365, Intune, Zoom); troubleshooting hardware issues (printers, projectors, peripherals); coordinating with vendors on orders, support, and licensing; creating and maintaining IT procedures; leveraging AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, and automation; and managing the IT ticketing system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2.5–5 years of proven experience in IT Support or IT Engineer role (preferably in tech companies)
- Strong, proven experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
- Solid experience with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, app deployment, enrollment, policies)
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong understanding of networking basics (switches, VLANs, access points, VPNs) and security protocols (firewalls, EDR/XDR, DLP)
- Practical experience with AI tools and drive to leverage them for IT automation, ticketing optimization, and workflow productivity
- Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SAML, user provisioning) and SaaS administration (Slack, Zoom, DocuSign, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and proactive "get-things-done" approach
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
ADVANTAGES:
