Salary: USD 90,000 - 180,000 / annual
Rho is a modern banking platform built for the AI era, serving startups and growth-stage companies with accounts, cards, expense management, bill pay, and accounting features. The company is hiring an IT Engineer to own the technology backbone supporting the SF office and distributed team.
In this hands-on, in-office role, you will be the primary point of contact for all employee IT support, handling hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting with a focus on fast, friendly resolution. You'll own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding. You'll administer core identity and SaaS systems such as SSO, Google Workspace, and Slack, managing access onboarding and offboarding. You'll manage the NYC office's IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
You'll build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources that scale as Rho grows, and partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management. You'll lead IT onboarding for new hires to ensure a seamless day-one experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on expertise administering macOS and Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, and conference room technology
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in the SF office
