Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers at massive scale. The IT team is responsible for internal systems that support rapid company growth (10x) and the deployment of 10s to 100s of GWs of compute.
In this role, you will:
- Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees, resolving tickets quickly with excellent service.
- Support the MDM fleet across macOS, iOS, and Windows, and troubleshoot in-office network and A/V systems.
- Administer and improve Okta and core SaaS tooling, including integrations, role-based access controls, and identity hygiene.
- Run procurement and asset management: coordinate hardware purchasing and track devices across their full lifecycle.
- Build simple, reliable automations that cut manual work, and write clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Own onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors, and support access reviews and basic identity security.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations) and managing MDM across macOS and Windows.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace with some Office 365 exposure; support for macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
- Ability to build automations to replace manual work using code or no-code tools.
- Clear writing skills for documentation and knowledge-base content accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Security mindset applied to identity, access, and device management.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- No-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier, Workato).
- Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Familiarity with AI tools, agents, and MCPs (Fluidstack uses Claude).
- HRIS integrations (Deel, Rippling, Workday).
- API and webhook fluency.
