DocPlanner is a healthcare platform serving 300,000 doctors across 13 markets, processing over 20 million appointments monthly. The company is building the operating system of healthcare, powered by AI, and operates as a distributed organization requiring fast, secure, unified technology infrastructure.
You will lead corporate IT globally, owning the strategy and operating model for workplace technology and IT service delivery across the organization. Your scope includes end-user computing, identity and access management, device lifecycle, collaboration tools, office connectivity, service management, asset and license management, vendor relationships, and operational resilience.
You'll partner closely with Security, Business Systems, People Experience, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders to create a coherent global technology environment that removes friction and enables teams to move quickly without fragmentation, unnecessary cost, or risk. You'll lead and develop a distributed IT team, set clear priorities and service standards, and build a roadmap balancing reliability, security, colleague experience, and cost.
Success means establishing a practical global IT strategy with visible priorities and clear ownership; reducing friction in onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access; creating a safer, more resilient, and better-governed environment with consistent management of identity, endpoints, assets, continuity, vendors, and licenses; and building an IT team that is proactive, accountable, and trusted by the organization.
You approach IT as a product, using data to understand where productivity is lost and fixing underlying problems rather than repeatedly addressing symptoms. You've led IT for complex, multi-country organizations and understand the balance between global standards and local flexibility. You build security and resilience into everyday operations, partner closely with Security and Risk to translate requirements into practical ways of working, and bring operational and commercial discipline to budgets, vendors, licenses, and technology portfolios. You've led meaningful change, built strong teams with clear accountability, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical leaders. You're exploring how AI can improve support, knowledge management, provisioning, analysis, and controls, applying it thoughtfully with appropriate safeguards.
