This is a hybrid role based in the New York City headquarters with an expectation to work from the office three days per week and maintain East Coast working hours.
As IT Delivery Engineer II, you will design, implement, and maintain systems and platforms supporting the company's internal IT environment. Key responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems (Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools); managing and improving device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms; partnering with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet security and compliance standards; leading and contributing to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiency; evaluating and implementing new technologies that enhance IT service delivery and automation; developing automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows; maintaining accurate system configuration and asset data; creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures; and collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve scalability and reliability of internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce
- Hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)
- Led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects (not just ticket queues)
- Comfortable with automation and building tooling rather than repeating manual work
- Ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end in a fast-paced, global environment
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong partnership skills across Security, Engineering, and Operations
- Motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience
- Currently authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available)
