This IT Administrator role is a hands-on, fully on-site position responsible for keeping Nimble's multi-site IT operations running smoothly as the company scales. You will be the generalist who owns critical IT processes and infrastructure across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

Collect, organize, and maintain audit evidence including access lists, device inventories, configuration baselines, and change records. Help enforce endpoint security, patching, and configuration standards across Linux, Windows, Apple, and Android devices. Run periodic access reviews and remediate findings.
**Network and Configuration Management:** Assist in configuring, maintaining, and documenting network equipment across sites including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls. **Automation and Integration:** Automate repetitive IT tasks. Build and maintain integrations such as SSO and SCIM as needed.
**End-User and Site Support:** Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Deploy and maintain endpoints, servers, and peripherals across sites. Travel to US sites for installs, site launches, and on-site issue resolution.
**Asset Management and Documentation:** Assist in asset inventory management. Maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures for your areas.
