Okta is seeking an ISV Success Manager to nurture relationships with independent software vendors (ISVs) and expand the Okta Integration Network. This role sits within the Products and Technology organization and focuses on scaling SaaS integrations across Okta Workforce and Auth0 product areas.
You will serve as a bridge between ISV partners and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Partnerships). Your responsibilities include establishing thought leadership on identity standards and enterprise readiness for SaaS builders, building a scalable ISV pipeline by identifying and nurturing new integration opportunities, and guiding ISVs through their complete integration journey from discovery through maintenance.
You will partner with field teams including Partner Account Teams, Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Technical Account Managers to drive adoption of strategic products within the Auth0 ISV customer segment. A key part of the role involves synthesizing feedback from ISVs, product teams, and field teams to refine ecosystem program investments and inform internal product direction. You will also establish and continuously improve a repeatable integration lifecycle, leveraging AI tools to expand ecosystem impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication, analytical, and technical skills with the ability to influence ISV roadmaps and solve both strategic business and technical challenges. You should have a deep interest in identity and security, and the ability to evangelize Okta's value to both builders and buyers. You will represent Okta at industry events and drive thought leadership in the identity ecosystem.
Required qualifications include 4+ years in developer support, sales engineering, technical account management, partner engineering, or marketplace development. You need a strong understanding of identity and security requirements for enterprise SaaS, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to evaluate software and identify integration opportunities. Preferred qualifications include experience nurturing partner relationships, proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Ruby, Python, JavaScript), domain knowledge in identity standards (SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM, SSF), and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
