In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned customers, owning the ISO audit lifecycle from start to finish. You'll lead with confidence, providing expert guidance on audit evidence and best practices. Your responsibilities include analyzing audit evidence requests, collaborating with the AI-powered auditor tech stack and audit team to validate evidence, and generating high-quality ISO audit reports. You'll solve unique customer challenges creatively, ensuring exceptional experiences while leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation to streamline the audit process—meaning you won't spend your days buried in manual testing.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3+ years of ISO 27001 audit experience, including leading audit interviews
- Familiarity with advanced cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Comfort working directly with customers and strong relationship-building skills
- Currently possess or are pursuing certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA, or cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability
- Genuine interest in solving problems and questioning the status quo
