As an Investor Relations Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing investors, supporting their journey from initial interest through investment and ongoing engagement. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and fund operations. Key responsibilities include: **Investor & Community Support**: Serve as the day-to-day contact for investors via email, phone, webinars, and events. Respond to investor questions with timely, accurate guidance using internal playbooks and approved resources. Help individuals navigate Alumni Ventures' offerings, processes, and community experience. **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders. Deliver high-touch, service-oriented customer experience throughout the investor lifecycle. Anticipate needs, identify issues, and resolve questions with professionalism and empathy. Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts. **Operations & Partner Support**: Collaborate with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leadership. Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities. Assist with virtual events, investor meetings, and operational processes. Successful candidates are eager to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While prior venture capital experience is not required, interest in investing, entrepreneurship, startups, financial markets, or business strategy is valuable. You'll gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations through mentorship and direct exposure to senior leadership. The company operates a 5-day-a-week in-office culture emphasizing collaboration and shared momentum.
