Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Investor Relations team to support the company's rapidly growing client base. This role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment, serving investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, and fund sponsors using iCapital's technology platform. Key Responsibilities: - Provide dedicated account coverage and client support, working closely with internal relationship managers to address client needs and investment objectives - Answer a wide variety of client and advisor questions timely and accurately, ensuring overall satisfaction - Support high-profile fund managers in fundraising efforts by assisting clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings - Manage complex alternative investment operational workflows and resolve escalations across teams - Influence improvements to processes, platform features, and client experience - Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience on iCapital's proprietary platform - Assist with special projects for Senior Management - Manage phone queue during operating hours 8:30 AM–6 PM EST The role requires working in the office Monday–Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 6–10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments or wealth management - Experience with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Preferred: experience with wealth management firms, SaaS offerings, and wealth tech platforms - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities - Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
