Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 / annual

HallPass is a breakout consumer food brand reimagining the candy category with better nutrition at the same price point as traditional candy. Recently launched nationwide at Walmart, the company is part of the Medici Brands portfolio and led by experienced founders (Peter Rahal, former CEO of RXBAR; Michael Tierney, former CEO of Stuffed Puffs). As Inventory & Order Operations Senior Analyst, you will own day-to-day inventory and production transactions in NetSuite, serving as the system owner for accurate material and finished goods flow across the supply chain. You'll be the primary point of contact ensuring NetSuite reflects physical inventory reality and resolving discrepancies before they cascade into operational or financial issues. Key responsibilities include: **NetSuite & Inventory Management**: Own all inventory and production transactions in NetSuite as the source of truth. Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with Supply Chain leadership. Ensure inventory quantities, locations, and movements accurately reflect physical stock across the network. Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively. **Purchase Orders & Material Flow**: Manage the complete lifecycle of materials and finished goods, including raw material and packaging POs, co-manufacturer orders, 3PL inventory transfers, receipt and movement of finished goods from co-manufacturers to 3PLs, and fulfillment to customers. **Production & Work Orders**: Create, maintain, and close production work orders. Ensure materials issued to production are accurately captured. Manage post-production backflush processes for unused materials. Reconcile expected versus actual material consumption after each production run. Produce consumption and variance reporting to help the team understand co-manufacturer performance, yield, and scrap rates. You'll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, co-manufacturers, and 3PL partners. The role requires strong NetSuite expertise, manufacturing or CPG operational experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Five days per week in-office in NYC.
