As International Mobility Expert, you will own and develop Mistral's international mobility strategy, serving as the key point of contact for all cross-border employee moves and assignments. You will balance employee experience, business needs, and compliance requirements across a distributed workforce spanning Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end
- Advise HR teams, managers, and employees on mobility options and requirements
- Manage and continuously improve mobility policies and processes
- Coordinate immigration, tax, social security, and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers
- Ensure smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the mobility journey
- Manage mobility partners and vendors for quality and cost-effective delivery
- Monitor mobility activity and provide relevant reporting and insights
Requirements:
- Strong experience in international/global mobility within an international HR environment
- Good knowledge of mobility topics including immigration, tax, social security, and cross-border employment and benefits
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner effectively with HR teams, managers, and employees
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with ability to navigate complex situations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple mobility cases and priorities
- Low-ego, team-first mindset
