Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems.
You will lead Mistral's internal event strategy and execution, developing and implementing a comprehensive events plan while managing their new event spaces. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams hosting events at the Paris headquarters and collaborate with external agencies to deliver exceptional experiences for employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute a strategic internal events program aligned with Mistral's culture and business objectives
- Plan and manage events end-to-end: logistics, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site execution
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers in the Paris market
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams using the new HQ event spaces
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of event management or related experience, with at least 3 years in an Event Manager role (preferably in corporate or tech environments)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Established network of trusted vendors and venues in Paris
- Fluency in both English and French (required)
- Preferred: knowledge of AV and technical event requirements; familiarity with CRM or event management software
