The Audit team is critical to Revolut's business, working closely with Risk and Compliance to establish and maintain internal risk management and compliance processes. This role supports the team in executing internal audits with a specialization in financial crime.
You will develop and execute audit programmes aligned with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Key responsibilities include optimizing data usage to enhance risk understanding and deliver actionable insights; assisting in identifying relevant risks and regulatory requirements for audit scopes; interacting with staff to understand risks, controls, and processes; communicating findings directly with management; and developing audit reports that identify deficiencies, root causes, and value-adding recommendations.
Additional duties include conducting research and maintaining professional relevance through training; partnering cross-functionally on process optimization and internal control recommendations; performing follow-up reviews of previously noted deficiencies; and monitoring audit progress against timelines while managing projects to completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the current regulatory environment, including EU money laundering directives, JMLSG, and FATF guidance
- Familiarity with financial crime controls such as KYC/KYB, due diligence, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening
- Motivation to learn, grow, and have immediate impact as part of an expanding team
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution
- Undergraduate or master's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Proficiency working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, or Python
