n8n is seeking an Internal AI Enablement Lead to build and scale AI and automation fluency across the organization. This is a founding role in a new internal enablement function, reporting directly to the Head of AI & Automation. Your primary responsibilities include: **Hands-On Enablement:** Run weekly, role-specific workshops tailored to less-technical functions (Legal, Customer Support, etc.). Lead live build-along sessions where you work alongside teams to turn real workflows and challenges into working automations. Facilitate Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that provide regular learning and experimentation opportunities. Help teams identify automation opportunities, understand processes they're changing, and decide whether to reuse existing solutions, build themselves, or involve the Automation team. **Dogfooding & Experimentation:** Own the monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up. Design and run hackathons and experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation. Convert learnings and outputs into reusable assets that accelerate other teams. **AI Fluency & Community:** Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles with the People team and help define fluency standards across functions. Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams learn from each other's successes. Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading an emerging Guild to spread automation knowledge company-wide. **Safe, Reusable Automation:** Act as product owner for the internal "safe playground," partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements. Convert workshop outputs into reusable templates and resources. Help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them. Track usage of built assets four weeks post-creation to ensure adoption and measure whether teams can make routine changes independently. n8n is a remote-first, open-source workflow orchestration platform for AI, backed by Sequoia and SAP (valued at $5.2bn). The company has 260+ employees across Europe and the US, with 650K+ active developers in its community and 190K+ GitHub stars. **REQUIREMENTS** Must-haves: - Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You've built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others - Technical enablement experience: You've run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs - Non-technical audience expertise: Strong track record helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools - Cross-functional ownership: Comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without implementing infrastructure yourself - CET overlap: Based in a time zone with strong overlap with Central European working hours (within a couple of hours of Berlin) - English fluency: Fluent or near-native English; can communicate clearly with audiences from individual contributors to senior stakeholders Nice-to-haves: - Champion programs: Experience building or running internal ambassador, champion, or community programs - Fluency measurement: Experience running capability, fluency, or adoption surveys and turning results into actionable programs - Access & governance: Familiarity with access or governance models and experience working with stakeholders responsible for secure environments and tooling
