Salary: USD 117,000 - 155,000 / annual
Sportradar is seeking an Integrity Sales & Partnerships Lead to join its global Integrity Services team, reporting to the VP of Integrity Services. This role combines business development, strategic account management, commercial planning, and regional sales operations to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Integrity Services portfolio.
You will identify and convert new business opportunities, expand strategic client relationships, and support execution of the global product-led commercial strategy. Working closely with product owners, operational teams, and other Sportradar business units, you will act as a trusted advisor to sporting organizations while contributing directly to regional and global revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across the full Integrity Services portfolio (Anti-Match-Fixing, Integrity Education, Due Diligence, Athlete Protection, Anti-Doping, and other solutions)
- Identifying and advancing commercial opportunities across sporting entities including international federations, national federations, leagues, clubs, event organizers, and regulators
- Owning individual revenue, pipeline, and business development targets
- Developing and executing strategic account plans for priority clients, identifying renewal, expansion, and long-term partnership growth opportunities
- Providing exceptional account management and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the sports ecosystem
- Collaborating with global product owners and commercial colleagues to identify and progress opportunities
- Contributing market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to support product development and go-to-market planning
- Representing Sportradar at industry conferences, forums, and stakeholder events
- Identifying joint opportunities with other Sportradar business units
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce
- Supporting commercial planning through revenue reports, pipeline analysis, and market assessments
- Developing regional market intelligence on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
- Acting as a subject matter expert on the Integrity Services portfolio
- Driving operational excellence through disciplined Salesforce utilization and contract management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, International Relations, Law, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports business, sports technology, integrity, governance, betting, consulting, or related commercial environment
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, partnership management, and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of the sports ecosystem (federations, leagues, clubs, governing bodies, regulators, commercial stakeholders)
- Proven ability to develop senior stakeholder relationships and navigate complex sales environments
- Experience working in international business environments, collaborating across functions, regions, and product teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and commercial reporting
- Advanced experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms for opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable operating independently while contributing to collaborative global teams
- Passion for sport, integrity, governance, and technology's role in protecting sport
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region and internationally
