As an Integrations Engineer, you will be embedded within the Implementations team under the Client Experience organization. You are responsible for designing and delivering custom, bespoke technical solutions that extend beyond core product capabilities, ensuring smooth client onboarding and sustainable integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and architect tailored data integration solutions during client onboarding, handling custom requirements that fall outside standard product scope
- Partner with the Implementations team to evaluate client data, define technical scope, and establish accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines
- Write robust, scalable, and secure code adhering to internal best practices and high-quality standards
- Design integrations with operational efficiency in mind, ensuring seamless handover to the operations team and clear post-go-live maintenance processes
- Identify common integration patterns and build reusable scripts, tools, and templates to increase team efficiency
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, data dictionaries, and operational runbooks
- Serve as the technical escalation point for integration issues, resolving complex production problems requiring deep solution knowledge
You bring 5+ years of professional experience in a highly technical role such as Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant. You have expert-level proficiency in Python, strong experience with Golang or similar compiled languages, and working knowledge of Java. You are a database expert with mastery of SQL and understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases. You have extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing third-party API integrations, working with cloud-based technologies, advanced scripting, and automation. You are well-versed in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and understand industry best practices for system architecture, data security, and API design. You have a proven track record delivering complex enterprise technical solutions while aligning technical strategy with business goals. You thrive in ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
