Vividly is a modern trade promotion management (TPM) platform serving the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. The company helps brands manage trade spend across campaign creation, deductions management, and promotion measurement—addressing an $8 trillion market where 70% of promotions today are not ROI positive due to fragmented processes (emails, PDFs, spreadsheets).
As an Integration Solutions Engineer, you will bridge solution architecture and hands-on integration engineering. You'll work with customers, solution architects, implementation teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical integration designs, then build and deploy those integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer business and accounting processes, translating them into technical integration designs
- Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations between Vividly and customer ERPs, banking systems, and other third-party platforms
- Develop deep expertise in CPG accounting workflows including Cash Application, Deduction Reconciliation, revenue recognition, and master data management
- Contribute technical and ERP expertise to solution design conversations, identifying system capabilities and constraints
- Help evolve Vividly's integration approach from highly customized solutions toward standardized, reusable integration patterns
- Accelerate customer onboarding while maintaining integration quality and scalability
You'll become an expert in Vividly's platform, CPG accounting workflows, ERP systems, APIs, and integration technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex business processes, translating requirements into technical solutions, and being hands-on in implementation.
